    Yep, we'll have a calendar up as well, probably in early September. There aren't many specifics out there right now, other than what Dave, Mark and Scott already have online, but I'm expecting some cool stuff from Oskar Blues (not including the Ordeal events), Epic and Crooked Stave, not to mention lots of small brewery events. I also think we might see Cigar City and some other breweries pouring around town again this year.

    Has anyone gone to the "Annual GABF Falling Rock Beer Tasting with Dr. Bill" before?
    I have a friend in town and was thinking about going to this one. I haven't seen any ticket sale info either. Anyone know how tickets are sold for this?

    I've been the past few years and it's a solid event. There's no ticket sales, it's just a $40 cover at the door. He'll usually drop a post on here announcing it, but I wouldn't expect much more than that. They've just about outgrown the space. He used to also host an awesome warm up party on Tuesday or Wednesday prior to GABF, but that hasn't happened in 2-3 years.

    Damn, I was hoping to avoid exactly that. We all know what kind of cluster Falling Rock can be during this week.

    I know a lot of BA's bailed last year because of the craziness that is FR during GABF week.
    Other than Chris giving me the space, supplying glassware and a server we are completely self contained. The tasting is organized chaos as it has been for the last 9 years, but everyone seems to enjoy themselves that attends.

    If you can't handle a crowd, don't go. For everyone else, this is still one of the best events of the week. Dr. Bill, keep rocking it.

    I was hoping for pre-sales so I wouldn't have to worry about waiting for who knows how long just to get into FR, then not be able to get into the event.

    I've never had any kind of trouble at all getting a ticket, and it's always been smooth as hell, including when we were later than normal last year. Hopefully that's a bit more helpful.

    Yep, thanks. Last year was my first GABF week and I was kinda overwhelmed, so I missed a lot of stuff.
    This event sounds great and is priced right. My friend is coming in from Vegas for the weekend and I wanted to treat him to a top notch event. Looking forward to it
