For non-IPAs I believe it's 8% and above.

50% brewed with pumpkin and aged in brandy barrels
50% brewed with spices
12.8% ABV

 

One of my favorite pumpkin beers is Epic Brewing/ DC Brau's Fermentation without Representation imperial pumpkin porter. Tastes like a pumpkin spiced peanut butter cup

 

have not had it yet and it hasnt quite hit distro just yet!
