This is still going through a lottery system though right Jeff?

That's correct and a very good question. We want to make much more of this beer over the course of future years and ultimately anticipate it seeing distribution. We figured we'd go ahead and get TTB approval for that purpose now.

We haven't decided yet. I did reference a lottery system for this beer and other future small batch releases as a possibility, but we haven't settled on what we'll do. Some of it will depend on what beers we have ready in time for Funk & Sour Fest.

You guys could make this beer part of the Funk & Sour ticket price. 400 tickets (only 50 more than last year), 400 bottles. Of course the ticket price wouldn't be $30, maybe $45 or $50...OR

You make people choose between Funk & Sour Tickets and Omiscience & Proselytism. You know, like picking which one of your kids is your favorite.

I like the idea of the bottle being included in the ticket price, only way to get your hands on it.

I see this name as a respectful, but tongue-in-cheek, poke at Shaun Hill up in VT. A more direct approach would have been "Pretense and Narcissism."

That, or they like his philosophical bent and are emulating it.

Wish it wasn't a Sunday, but I'll be making the trek down there I'm sure. If it's anything like Atrial I know my trip will be worth it.

I see they have Blackberry, Blueberry, and Merlot Grape releases coming up in future months too. This is exciting, haha.
