    Ok, Laurelwood is a drug and alcohol rehab facility in this part of the country.... I assume it's a brewery where you live?

    Finishers:

    My Citra/Galaxy Belgian IPA with Westmalle yeast. It rocks.

    This is so insane, having it a bit older than last time(Aug 2012 bottle). Cork blew the ceiling. Huge bright lemon/orange zest with pear/pineapple/peach. Moderate pine hops with clove, pepper, coriander and white wine. Moderate oak presence with super crazy carbonation. Very smooth.

    Ahh Mortal Kombat I'm jealous. I love me some trappist, and can't wait to play the new GTA but am waiting to buy the game for the family for Christmas.

    I'm kicking back and treating myself after a 13 hour work day to Crooked Stave's Provision Saison. It is one of my last bottles from my summer trip to Colorado so I'm kinda bummed, but it is delicious (very sour). The weather is starting to cool down here at night. Goodbye summer and saisons.
