CANBIF Fall 2013

I have one more bottle for my box. If all goes according to plan, I'll be shipping ~280 fl oz of beer eastwards tonight.

Hint #1: Leslie Bibb and Pauletta Washington were not in what many believe to be the most expensive film ever produced.
Hint #2: People close to each of them were, however.
Hint #3: I'm talking about their current spouses... Sam Rockwell, and Denzel Washington.

Hint #4: Many people consider the most expensive film ever made to be... Avatar.

I got a box today from Jim!!! But I just got home from work and I'm enjoying a bottle of Pliny witch also just came in (Sorry, the Pliny couldn't wait). Will be opening the box very soon and will post a picture later on.

...front porch has been destroyed!!! what an awesome box; thank you!!! currently have a kind-a sleeping newborn in arms (typing one handed) so will post details tonight. just wanted you to know the box arrived in perfect order and that you rock!!! i think i have a new best friend! Ok...my box has grown wings and taken off. 100% locals from Southern Ontario. 7 breweries represented. Will have a better idea of when it should land sometime tomorrow. 233oz all totaled!

 

Likewise - my brand spanking new styro-box finally entered the postal system at lunch.
I'd hoped it was well down the 401 already, but no tracking number details yet available...
Only 193 oz and 1 "want", but tried to hit the right style(s) and just hope everything arrives in one piece (or the 12 correct pieces?)!

 

Only = not as crazy (in a good way) as many others seem to have gone... First BIF and hoping not to mess it up!

 

Glad it got there today, Fedex was saying it wasn't getting there until Wednesday. I tried to get you stuff that wasn't in your gots or hads. The Lord Simcoe was bottled on Friday last week. Enjoy them all

Some of these breweries I am familiar with, but there wasn't a single beer in the box I had already tried, but there are many that I have wanted!! A couple are brand new to me and having read a bit about them, I am really excited! Thanks again Sebastian for an excellent box! BM me any time for trades in the future . Until then, let's drink to a Rick-tatorship!

I tried to follow your favorite styles and/or wants. I recommend you drink the Double IPA real quick, it's already a month old but still really good
And the glass is the 15 anniversary/Zwanze day glass!

Glad to hear it made it safely! It's funny, I checked your 'gots' on a whim a day or two after sending the box and only then did I realize you had the BCBS listed there. Oops! Only time I've ever felt bad about sending someone BCBS!
