I've been going back and watching some Hop Cast videos, and while watching the March 26th episode where they discuss Heady Topper, they came to the conclusion that they do actually prefer drinking it out of the can. This has led me to confess to other beers that I also enjoy more out of the can: SNPA Ranger It's not even a toss up for me, these two are just more enjoyable to me out of the can. I imagine this list will grow as I try more beers from the can, instead of pouring. That said, one beer that I had this year that absolutely tastes better when poured into a glass was Surly Wet...again, not even remotely close...far better from a glass. So, at least with cans, I think we can say that it's entirely up to the brew, or at least your personal perception of the brew, as to whether you should be drinking from the glass or not. Thoughts?
If it was put in a can, it was made to be shotgunned, so clearly you're doing it all wrong. Ten FIDY to the dome.
Heady = better from the can. I prefer not to look at blended fish floating around in my beer when I pour it out. Mind over matter...
Locking this one down. Vague subject line and the whole "drinking from the can" thing has been discussed numerous times. Outcome: If you like drinking beer from the can, then drink beer from the can. It's OK.
