Darkness, Abyss, Bourbon County Brand Stout. I would add Founders Imperial Stout and Bells Expedition Stout to the list as well.

    Only Void Stainless (Tired Hands)
    Westy13 (Tired Hands)
    Tripel Reserve (Night Shift)

Heard both TH beers are a tad hot fresh, so gonna let them mellow, and then the brewer/owner of Night Shift suggested I put the Tripel down for a few. Onto to let it sour a bit more and cut the sweetness.

Note: "2013" is irrelevant to this list. These are the best regularly available beers to cellar every year.

Logsdon Seizoen Bretta - I like to keep a 3/6/9/12/15 month supply as well as several fresh in the fridge. One of my favorites.

Stone IRS - I buy a case every year and drink half or so throughout and leave the rest for later. I keep my beer in the back of an interior closet so I don't age for too long. Rarely over two years. At some point I need to buy an old fridge and a temp controller. I am bound to have some beers turn for the worst.

Black Butte XXV - one of my favorite annual releases.

Great to see so many names on the list. I just started cellaring. I've got about 30 bottles and it looks like I'll be trying to add about 30 more this year.
