    I'm so stoked. Never been before. Perhaps this isn't the venue, but would anyone be willing to do a big tasting of some sort? I've got 3 years of darkness and not enough people in my life that appreciate good beer. Could be a good time if other folks wanna chip in and be able to try a bunch of different brews. Also, perhaps I just don't realize how the day works and everyone pours everything for everyone.

    It would be fun if something could be set up the Friday before Darkness day somewhere for a big tasting like at the Hapton Inn before DLD every year. Wonder if 3 Squares in Maple Grove would be up for something like that?

    There are really no hotels within walking distance of the brewery unfortunately.

    Regardless of what you mean, I'd be down. I'm a bit newer to the game so I don't have a lot of big guns but have some decent brews to contribute.

    These things (+++++) will be happening in line from Friday afternoon on NONSTOP. Walk up to a table, don't be shy, plop a bottle (or 2 or 3) down, and start sampling.

    Have you not been to Darkness Day before? I have been to DLD 3 times and the bottles share at Darkness is WAY better. The Hampton is one room of beer, Darkness is 4 blocks worth

    As far as you weather worry warts are concerned, you live in MN for gods sake. If it's cold, layer up, if it's warm, layer down, if it rains, put a rain suit on. Bring the essentials, warm socks, gloves, a hat, boots etc....
