CCB Growler Tuesday

    I am sitting at work in disbelief. Normally, every Tuesday I leave for lunch and am waiting at CCB to get my growler filled right at noon. Today, I was too busy because one of my employees had an issue that needed to be resolved immediately. Well, I missed Penultimate Push. I think it might be wise to start a thread to post for BA people to know immediately what it is. So let's go ahead and start.

    Today's growler fill was Penultimate Push. It has kicked.


    If anyone got one and wants to share let me know and we will see what we can do. I have never had it, and because of that the nurse that took my time shall now be promptly hanged, drawn, quartered, and then fired.

    CCB usually posts this on their FB (although today they did not). You win some, you lose some right? I don't think creating a thread on BA will help any. It will only create unnecessary hype and make people mad seeing what they missed. The Growler Tuesday kegs kick quick enough as it is...

    Okay then make it solely for when they have not posted. That's a fair idea, right? I actually noticed that the last time they did not post was when it was Gates of Hell.

    If I was CCB I wouldn't have posted it either. Less hassle for them. Congrats to the lucky ones that picked up a growler!

    It does seem that the quiet releases tend to be pretty awesome beer. Just something I took note of for future reference.

    I am planning on moving from Boca to Tampa next year, basically going to show up every Tuesday when the tasting room opens as long as they continue growlers Tuesday.

    They rarely announce it until just before filling growlers. At that point it doesn't really matter, it will be gone aanyway, sadly.

    This just teaches me to reach out to my Tampa buddies on the weeks that they don't announce special Growlers, unless they start putting up dummy releases and bait n' switching at the last minute...
