Good thread. I got slightly flamed in the Mountain section for asking about Las Vegas beer. They should do the same over there.

see if you can get he bros to pin it, at least that will clear up those "Visiting LA/OC" threads.

 

They have in the past not opted to pin such threads, indicating that data can become outdated (businessed close, etc.) or that perhaps a poster might have a very specific questions, and he/she could search previous threads for hours, and not get their answer. Plus, many, even with a Pin, still would post their threads and questions regardless. Also, there is the places link, that already has lists of places by city as well.

While I applaud the OP for this effort, and personally see the benefit in a pin thread, I also understand the Bros' point of view.

 

A wiki-type pinned thread might solve the problem of outdated info.

 

Awesome thread! Let's keep this thread somewhere at the top for all our BA SoCal visitors as there's a wealth of information here.
