    Did end up pouring about a third of the Extra Stout.. why drink what you don't enjoy when there are so many great options hanging out in your fridge?? So. Moving on to bigger and better things. Another something new (with thanks to Jeff!) for another evening of beer-aided baking.

    Happy Tipsy Tuesday, everyone!! Started out this evening with a Westbrook One Claw over at a friend's house and have settled back at my place for this tasty treat...great, but still tasting an onion with this one. :astonished:

    Homebrewed Robust Porter, this recipe is coming along well, I am going to go ahead and play with the water profile on the next few batches. I hope this one will win me some medals in the not to distant future.
