What stout do you prefer in the winter months from your home state / that is available in your home state.

TX- JK black metal / convict hill oatmeal stout

Available - FBS (although it's getting pretty scarce in SATX) / Brooklyn Chocolate Stout

Looking for more ideas for this winter.

I'm looking forward to dat Temptress by Lakewood to be more available here in Houston (iv only seen it once and got 2 four packs). I'm enjoying a Sam Adams Cream Stout right now, excellent and always easy to acquire.

Depends on my mood, but I usually keep around Brooklyn BCS, Old Rasputin, and Real Ale XV for winter stouts.

Storm King for imperial stout is my old reliable. For a smaller stout I like St. Arnold Winter, but it'll probably be sold out and replaced with Spring Bock by january.

Brooklyn BCS. Fantastic at one year of age. I'm becoming very fond of Founder's Breakfast Stout too.

I don't have a dedicated stout. Right now in the fridge is Oak Aged Yeti and Stone RIS.

Ten Fidy and Old Raspy. Outside of that Black Tuesday. This reminds me..its high time to drink a Ten Fidy 4 pack by myself. I like challenges.
