    I wasn't crazy about Founders Imperial Stout fresh, but I pulled out a bottle a week ago with a year on it; it was amazing.

    I agree. A year old and it honestly right now is my favorite imperial stout. The chocolate and coffee notes are off the chart for a ris and poured as thick as a ten fidy.

    It is amazing with a year, I also enjoy it fresh, save one for around 1 1/2 to 2 years it gets even better... that is when it peaks IMO.

    Went shrimping last night, caught a whooping 4 shrimp that were keepable. Let a lot of them go back to their homes. What a pitiful ending to the season. The struggle is real.

    On the good side, my alma mater beat the #3 FCS team in the country! Biggest win in program history, especially since this is the first time we've been ranked in the top 20! This should push us into the top 10, another program first. GEAUX BUCS!!!

    Started off with Westbrook Gozu, their Gose with Yuzu juice. Amazing, better than the Gose.

    Finished the night off with a Smoke/Peat bomb. This beer has bawls! Proper glassware
