I'm coming to Texas on business, what should I try?

If Austin, look for Austin Beerworks Heavy Machinery series IPAs.

If Dallas, look for Community Mosaic IPA.

If Houston, look for Lone Pint Yellow Rose or very fresh Saint Arnold Endeavour.

If in San Antonio, just leave.

Just kidding. Freetail makes some good IPAs that are generally fresh at the brewpub.

Also if in Dallas seek out and find Peticolas Sit Down or I'll Sit you Down. Hard to find, only on tap, but so damn good. Deep Ellum Brewing Co. IPA is also really good right now, it can be hit or miss but has been good lately, and it comes in cans so easy to get.

Do you know if this was brewed more than once? If not, it's pretty well aged by now. Just a caution, OP. Otherwise, I agree w/ Indytruks138 about it being worth a try

He did brew a second batch, not positive if it has been distributed or still fermenting. I know I had a glass at the Moth on Wednesday, and it was still fabulous!

Sit Down batch 2 is what's in kegs these days and it's a little bit more piney than the first. Flying Saucer Addison tapped it last night. Quickly shot to the top of the IIPA game for all of Texas.
