I finally tried Rougie last weekend and it was fantastic. Incredible barrel flavor and great balance. Excited to see what's in store for the keepers membership.

Some things I took away from my visit to the tasting room last Saturday:
    • Lee Noir is delicious.
    • Trevor is an outstanding host.
    • De Garde's pricing is not just sensible, but friendly.
    • Srsly, Lee Noir is delicious.

I only have 2 Lee Noir left. Drank 3 and sent 3 out to regulars.

    I feel dumb.

I had nine of your beers over the weekend. Loved them all.

If you hadn't moved to Kent I'd offer to open some with you Ryan but I never see you anymore :slight_frown:

Guess I'll be picking up a few more bottles of Lee Noir Thanksgiving weekend (if you guys are open)

Had a nice little tasting this last weekend of the 9 bottles released so far...Think my favorite was Vin Rougie but they were all great!

I need to remedy the not seeing me part...after the Holiday's perhaps?

Yeah, hit me up after the holidays. I STILL have that Gilgamesh sitting in my fridge. We should put a tasting together.

    Kirkland, Kent, same difference.

I was tempted to post the picture, but figured you should have first crack at it. What a great night, I loved the Cran and Blu Bu Weisses, and Vin Rougie was AMAZING. Only one I didn't really dig was Loak Bean.

As I said on Untappd, it smelled like a cow pasture with some chocolate. It wasn't terrible, but was my least favorite De Garde of the day.

I'll be heading by tomorrow probably... Worst case, the next day, looking forward to it, and finally living down the street. Hope you saved a membership for me!

Hey, my wife and I were there Saturday as well, and had an excellent time.

+1 to everything you said above. Really wish De Garde the best of luck in the future, and I can attest that all they hype I'd heard previous to my visit was well deserved!
