Opened the fridge for some breakfast and all I found was a 2011 Expedition Stout.

    Oh darn.

For a tick there, I thought you were going to post a pic of that diaper duty. Wheww, thank goodness you didn't.

Wormtown Norm, an oatmeal stout with coconut. I don't even like coconut and I'm loving this beer.

i'm appreciating this more with a little bit of age on it, at this rate i think 1 year would be perfect for my taste. still think it's a bit over-hyped, but still it's quite an awesome, delicious beer that i'll gladly buy again. cheers!

Bought a bottle of this last year when it first came out, another bottle of it in the Fall when I found it sitting on a local shelf, and then a final bottle this past year when a store who had been holding onto a case put it onto their shelves just prior to the release of this years release. Of those three, the bottle I bought in the Fall and ended up drinking right around this time last year was easily the one I enjoyed the most.

At least for me, I found it to peak at the 5 or 6 month mark, so, I think you enjoyed your bottle at the appropriate time.
