This isn't distributed to my side of PA. Thanks to a tip from a friend. I was able to snag the last four pack from a local bottle shop that had four cases. Its ultra fresh bottled on 11/20. Won't be sampling this one till tomorrow night.
Should I be prepared to be blown away?

One of my favorite IPAs, hands down, and I have had most of the D/IPAs on the Top 250.

It is my favorite IPA by a pretty wide margin.

Yeah you got that right. 18$ for a four pack. But figured I may not get another chance so go for it.

It's awesome. Well balanced. Our Cleveland friends bring us a few cases every time they visit. It goes VERY fast.

I was looking at this once and I didn't buy it. Facepalm to my head.

it's a great beer but lower your expectations lol I'm sorry for being a Debbie Downer

Edit: I'm more of a DIPA fan I like them super citrusy and with a sweet finish although Jai Alai and Flower Power are amazing

I guess you got to pay to play. Trust me I didn't want to pay 20 for a four pack. But when you get a call saying its awesome and you may not see it again for awhile if ever. You have to go for it. I don't go crazy looking for hard to get stuff. I thought it must be good if they sold four cases of it in a few hours at that price. I was told the guy drove to Ohio to get it.

$18 a 4 pack is crazy (I think we pay around $10 here), though I've been guilty of overpaying for a beer I was excited to try, so I understand. Prepare to enjoy - it's a good one.

Yes, it's an amazing IPA.. it has an incredible nose and it's extremely bitter.. $18/4pk isn't right, the store is sticking it to their customers bigtime.. talk about price gouging.. I've never seen it priced over $9.99/4pk..

That's quite a markup, but the equivalent $/ounce to an $8 bomber- if you look at it that way it's not too bad.

Anyway, it is a great beer

I live in Western PA so I can get it whenever I want it. That said, I was very underwhelmed by it and really do not go out of my way to get it. I order other beers before it regularly.

Oh and BTW RGB, if you are really impressed with it (assuming you live in Philly), I will gladly trade with you for some Jai Alai if you are interested. PM me down the road if you care to. Open invite.

Never traded. But will do. Jai Alai seem to hit pretty heavy a few weeks ago. Had a case think I paid around 45$ for it. Thought it was pretty good. How much does it typically cost to ship a case or whatever amount is typically traded. Guess I will have to read into trading a bit. Thank for te offer

It is my favorite locally available beer. The fresher the better. On tap at the brewpub or taproom - it is outrageously good.
