Revolution Anti Hero IPA, because it's too early to be in the store on a Sunday (my normal day off)

Can't bring myself to drink before noon... unless it's tailgating for a football game! Doesn't mean I can't cook with it though! These were probably the best pancakes I've ever had/made. Paired well with the Café Santo Domingo. A friend that lives in the Dominican Republic, during the summers and holiday breaks, brings me back a few bags each time he comes back here. Being a bit of a coffee snob, this is one of the best coffees I've had, and it's only like $4 in the DR. If you like coffee, you need to try it.

Smoked coffee porter behind me, I'm cracking open a new DIPA and pairing it with some fried whitefish topped with coleslaw and parsley, hit with some splashes of lemon.

Captain's Reserve Imperial IPA

Holy crap. Great beer - one of those lighter and tighter DIPAs, with lotsa citric hop action that's a spot-on match for some fried breakfast fish and slaw.

Doing a Founder's Harvest Ale vs. SN Flipside side by side. Founder's wins, as they did in single reviews. SN Flipside is heavier bodied and less carbonated with a similar flavor profile, but said profile is more subdued. Founder's brings their A game in hop flavor.
