Beer you buy regularly?

I sometimes wonder about the sustainability of our culture. It seems to me that a lot of us are really into trying new beers, but I rarely see much mention of 'go-to' beers. We love our craft brewers and want to support our favorites, but how will they stay in business with their target consumers constantly moving on from brand to brand in their quest to try'em all?

I'll keep buying summit saga regularly - it's a great full flavored IPA that isn't so super-hoppy that I can't session - it's a great every day, after work sort of beer.

So, what brewers are you guys supporting? What beers do you always keep on hand?

    Bell's Two-Hearted Ale
    Sierra Nevada Stout
    Hoegaarden
    Tucher Helles Hefe-Weissbier

I drink all of the above regularly, although as of late Tucher has been hit-and-miss on the quality... may drop them altogether. I've been getting too many cans/bottles from them that taste sour.

These are the ones I buy most often. After trying Dirty Bastard yesterday that will likely be seen in my fridge often also.

I've often wondered the same thing myself - for 2 - 3 years now - but came to the realization there are new converts to craft beer who are perhaps going through a similar sequence of beers that we all went through so there's nothing to worry about. There are going to be new converts who will want to try everything just like we did. And that's only the regular lineups. Seasonals? The truly good seasonals sell well; the whale seasonals sell out too quickly; special releases do very well since they're hyped. Come to think of it, that's why these breweries do these types of releases since the owners/brewers are/were all probably tickers themselves.

I have revisited many regular lineup beers and always try to have some SNPA in the fridge for when I want a good beer but don't feel like having anything special/rare/expensive. I partake of several seasonals, currently, Celebration. Next month, Sucks. Next month after that, Nugget Nectar.

SNPA, Fat Tire, etc. There's a reason these craft beers are at the top of their game, they're highly drinkable and you can share them with a friend that isn't necessarily into beer and still get good reactions.

None. I haven't bought repeat six-packs (or even six-packs at all) of many beers. I think the only two have been Two Hearted and Edmund Fitzgerald. I prefer getting mix-6's.

Ommegang, southern tier, and sixpoint. Venturing a little farther there's sly fox, victory troegs and great lakes. A little farther still there is unibroue. Notice it's breweries and not beers. I buy flower power and cascazilla plenty but the top dollars are spent here and across the board.

I'm mostly all over the map with what I buy. Zombie Dust would be my go-to/everyday brew if I could find it more often. Otherwise it is usually Revolution Anti-Hero or Two Brothers SideKick.

    I regularly buy:

    - anything Sierra Nevada releases
    - anything Odell releases
-Oskar Blues Ten Fidy and Dale's
    - anything Lagunitas releases
    - Old Rasputin
    -La Cumbre Elevated IPA
-Santa Fe Brewing Happy Camper, Imperial Java Stout and any seasonal release

I visit Marble Brewery, La Cumbre, Il Vicino Canteen, Bosque Brewing, Nexus Brewery, Duel Brewing, SF Brewing, Second Street Brewery regularly, generally hitting two local breweries a week.

So I spread the wealth and give my money to a wide variety of breweries all while still finding the $ to try new beers. The only one losing in this equation is my wallet.

I frequently buy various New Glarus 6-packs for whenever I bring beer to a social event that isn't all craft beer drinkers. Everyone seems to enjoy most/all of what New Glarus makes, even if they are normally BMC drinkers, so it works out perfectly for me.

I always try to buy a different beer ive yet to have every single time i walk into my local beer store. However whenever i have people over or go to a party I usually grab Flower Power, Caskazilla, edmund fitz, Centenial Ipa, Elliot Ness, SN PA, or DirtWolf. Those are my go-to-beers I suppose when thinking about it.
