Happy Thanksgiving BA! WooHoo! Silver Bay IPA by Baranof Island Brewing Company. O HOly Hell! I'm swearing it's so delicious. [IMG] [IMG]

I am thankfull for so many things today and I want to toast all of you in WBAYN for being such great company. I couldn't have asked for better drinking buddies. I'm so happy I joined BA. May your holiday be filled with too much food, too much drink and with all the people you care about. :grinning:

This seemed like a perfect holiday brew. Very interesting combination, but feels a little off-balance IMO...cheers!!!

Thought it was crap too. Taste just like the cough syrup I was on the week before I had it

We didn't have to cook Thanksgiving this year, so made some brunch. I love Eggs Benedict, but when someone else makes it. So, I took my first shot. Not sure how the fruit ended up on my plate.

Had to go with a mimosa (the drink, not the beer) during the meal due to tradition. But, now it's time to relax until football starts.

Be sure to visit the bottle shop.
I've walked out with my fair share of gems, although pricing isn't quite as attractive as the Whole Foods 10min down the road in Plymouth Meeting near PA turnpike.

I'm currently drinking Ebenezer a Bridgeport ale out of Portland. I give it a 40 like Shawn Kemp's jersey when he tomahawk jams on Scottie Pippen. back in 96. Tenacious thunderjams from the Reinman.

It's the only place I know of where you have a chance to avoid the typical PA pricing.

Happy Turkey Day everyone. Just wanted to share that if you're even close to considering opening a bottle if the 25% barrel aged Cuir: do it. We just popped one and are considering another. Literally no hint of booze - ultra smooth. Carbonation was fine. The taste is just heavenly: divine stone fruits, sherry, leather, chocolate even. Had a 2010 MOAS last night and this is blowing it out of the water.

Been on the lookout for some fresh Union Jack sixer for a couple weeks now. Finally found some yesterday, bottled, 11/12/13, but unfortunately this was after I already had an Odell Montage Variety Pack in my fridge and had just grabbed a sixer of a local helles lager too.

Damn timing of it all.... and if I didn't have a couple Odell IPA's in my fridge, I'd likely be rushing out to the the store right now to grab a sixer of that, as you just re-ignitied the flames.
