Commandments of the craft beer world (feel free to add to the list):

    1. Light, not heat, is responsible for "skunky beer". Heat actually does very little to the taste of beer.
    2. Hop-forward beers are best enjoyed fresh. The older they become, the less hop flavor.
    3. Craft beers do not have to be consumed ice cold. If this is your preference, then so be it.
    4. Just because a craft beer tastes different than you think it should doesn't necessarily mean that it is "infected".

I read one somewhere that pretty much says it all. Respect beer.

Yes, I read this too, but I forget where... (as he stares at the newest issue of a certain magazine) now if I could only remember... oh yes... Playboy.

    1. Thou shall not judge others on their beer style preference.
    2. Thou shall try and use proper glassware when enjoying a specific style.
    3. Thou shall never leave a growler opened longer than 2 nights.
    4. Thou shall be fully aware of their beer bills and not let it effect other parts of their lives.
    5. Thou shall try to enjoy the many different styles, but not forced.

There are millions of us who enjoy craft beer for what it is, we are all individual human beings and have many different preferences, glassware, temperature, setting, what we snack on while drinking, what we watch, and what style of beer we like. Craft beer is craft beer and it's a wonderful thing, but people are gonna enjoy it how they want and I don't give half a shit how anyone likes their beer as long as they are happy doing it. Amen.

Thou shall enjoy beer however they prefer.
Thou shall not judge others for their preferences.
