Anchorage/Crooked Stave - Between The Staves

    Awesome sounding new collaboration between Anchorage and Crooked Stave. Sour ale fermented in foudres with 3 strains of brettanomyces, then aged in cognac barrels for 11 months with a funky bunch of bacteria. 7% ABV. 20 IBUs.

    Anchorage Brewing Company has been releasing a good amount of fantastic beers recently. Hopefully, they'll be able to expand their distribution and make their beer more widely available.

    i think i just wet myself with excitement! two epic brett producers. i could not think of a better collaboration atm.

    I am ISO as well. Havent been excited for a collaboration beer in a long time, but this looks crazy awesome! Anchorage and Crooked Stave are a perfect pair of breweries to pair up on a collaboration. WoW!

    Two of the best breweries when it comes to brett, and two of my favorite breweries in general - this beer os gonna be fantastic!
    Man, I hope some of this finds it way to LI... so I can put it in mah belly! :stuck_out_tongue:

    Why does every Anchorage label have a typo? "Ale ferment in oak tanks." Give me a break and do some proofreading. Anchorage beers are phenomenal but the lack of attention to detail is entirely unprofessional.
