Why does my Dark Lord 2012 taste like green apples?

    A friend of a friend of a guy who know this other guy opened a bottle of Dave and said it also tasted like green apples. Probably best to get rid of those too before everyone gets wise to it.

    The bottle I got to sample from tasted just like 2011 Dark Lord, which I did not really like. No apples though.

    If this is really true, wonder if FFF will address/do anything about it.

    Does anyone have any experience with bottle issues and FFF?...should I expect a refund if this turns out to be acknowledged by the brewery?

    BA Dark Lord has 2011 Dark Lord in it, so this would not be an issue...
