Surly Brewing Neon Sighted on E bay..

    Never seen one outside the brewery and Mackenzie's before.. Think it's legit? I'd kinda like to own it

    my guess is it goes for $900. People are nuts about this stuff.

    Maybe more if a business wants it.

    $900 is a bit much i think, but if it's one of two made i guess it could go for whatever somebody is willing to fork over

    Based on the description, its a bootleg sign that some random shop made and tried to get Surly to buy? LOL.

    Its gone up $130 in the last 4 hours (currently $330) and there is still 6 days left...I originally had $1400 typed in, but thought that was a bit high...I think I may have been closer with my first guess...

    Although comparing the 2 you are right... so who knows. Nothing really surprises me anymore when it comes to what people will do/pay/trade for beer/beer related things

    As it appears it was made by the same shop as the sign at Mackenzies, I wouldn't go so far as say it was bootlegged, because if i remember right Todd and Omar were at the event when Mackenzies unveiled the sign they had commissioned, so would i be wrong to assume that they had Surly's permission and probably a high res image of the logo to use to create the sign?

    Still thinking i'd like to own it.. If Blue Max and Blue Nile do have one, i'd be willing to bet they wont be available for sale anytime in my lifetime
