Although I'll keep hitting up the brewery I'm excited for the bottle releases, growlers of the big beers (Framinghammer, Saxonator) I needed to wait until we had people over before I could buy them

I killed a growler of Framinghammer for dinner, breakfast and lunch when I grabbed one last month. I can't wait for the BA version!

Bought a 4 pack of Smoke and Dagger, a 4 pack (9.99) of Jabby Brau, (9.99) and a Hurts like Helles (4) for 24 + tax today. Gotta say it's refreshing to see a new brewery keep the price point reasonable. I'm very impressed. Didn't want to start a new thread for it, but needed to say it.

And, their 4packs have a bottled on date. Win, win... and probably some more win in there somewhere.

The helles was 6 a bottle? I think I paid like 3.50 at julios.

I paid 4.50 for the helles and 14.25 for a 4 pack of Hoponius Union today.

I think Jack's Abby is going to take over the local craft market like no brand we've seen since Harpoon... It's a perfect combination of delicious beer, styles that nobody else is really bothering with (and everyone likes), and a really nice price point. What bar couldn't use a nice fresh craft lager on tap?

Helles was 4. The other 2 four packs were 10. Hoponius was 12.99...still a very good price.

I hope so. I love every beer I've had from them. Every bar could use a good craft lager of some sort.

Wasn't impressed by Jabby Brau, but the maibock is decent - just wish it was a bit more affordable to drink more.

I've only had the Cascadian Schwarzbier and Jabby Brau but I thought both were really good, and being affordable is even better. Need to keep my eye out for Hoponius Union and hopefully Kiwi Rising comes out soon, sounds interesting.

Seriously?? 3.50-4.00 for a pint is pretty much the cheapest around, and the 4 pack bottled are about $2.50-3.00 a bottle.

Redstone has the best prices for these beers that I've seen in the area, I think i twas $9.99 for both Jabby Brau and Hoponious.

Jack's Abby, thanks a bunch for brewing kick-ass lagers and not coming out with a litany of IPAs, hoppy pale ales, and imperial stouts.

At a $16 six pack equivalent, might as well buy some Einbecker and get the real thing.

Those prices may be fine for the one and done beer samplers, but for those who like to drink beer, it adds up fast.

A six pack of pints though not 12 ounce bottles, where are you gonna get 6 pints for like 10-12 bucks like you seem to want unless its shitty beer?

Isn't that what they are sort of doing though? Hoponious, Kiwi Rising, Jabby Brau, and Framinghammer are all similar versions of these.

I see your point and thought about that after I replied. Yes their beers are hop-forward, but they're still lagers, and they're still tasty.

I definitely agree with that! I've been taking advantage of Hoponious being on tap at clover for $3 a pint for the past month.
