    I always split big bottles between a wine glass and a snifter. I feel that the different glass shapes help one identifies differences in the nose :slight_smile:

    Drinking nice and early today...on the account that I just graduated with a degree in geology! Cracking one of my most special bottles in celebration: Double Barrel Damon, and it's fucking awesome.

    Not to share my whole life story or anything, but I was a high school drop out that went through a lot of rough times, so this degree means a lot to me.

    Also, I just found out a scientific paper that I'm a coauthor of has been accepted into the Journal of Evironmental Science & Technology! While at my university I was a research assistant in a geomicrobiology lab. My research was included in a paper that shows the first proof that microorganisms can use antimony (a toxic metalloid) for energy. It's currently in press and should be out soon!
