    When I had this beer fresh, I wasn't a huge fan. But this one has aged a couple of years and it's outstanding.

    Pairing Gingersnap with some freshly baked cookies. I was hoping the sweetness of the cookies would help offset the too strong, imo, ginger flavor. It does a bit but I'm still not a fan of this beer. Cheers
