    Today is New Years Eve. Today is also my 30th Birthday (gah).

    Went in the cellar and pulled this out to celebrate after a long night at the office.

    This is my first AM posting on WBAYDN, but I've already changed 3 diapers and 2 sets of clothing, plus my wife is away grading essays and the baby finally fell asleep for a nap. Feels like noon to me. This beer looks great in the bright morning sun!

    Been off all week and catching up on the "honey due" lists. It's 9:15 am and I just cracked a Clown Shoes Hoppy Feet 1.5. Wow is this a pleasant surprise. Happy to finally get Clown Shoes in Ohio.

    Happy Birthday. Your folks must have been happy to get the full year tax credit with no diaper and formula costs. I turned 30 in 1984 when I was pretty much only drinking Stroh's longnecks. Wish I'd had the choices then that are available today.

    Ha. My dad always "jokes" it was for tax reasons.

    The selection is approximately 1,000,000x better than it was 9 years ago in Florida when I turned 21. Our craft options kinda blew outside of Belgians pre-Cigar City. Texas is getting pretty insane selection wise.

    About to pull a second beer out of the fridge... something a little more local.
