Hopslam on the bottling line

I'm not a big bells fan, but I look forward to this one every year. I hope it doesn't get released when I'm out of the country this month. That'd be my luck

 

It's only appropriate that the best beer I've ever had tends to be released the week of my birthday. I hope it's as good as I found it to be last year.

Read on a trade thread that the General Store is already out of it, which is insane to me given the amount I saw there on Friday around noon.

 

Ann arbor has it everywhere.

 

I'll have it Monday, but won't tap it yet.

 

Landed in the Livonia area yesterday. Seen prices from $18-23 a 6pk so grabbed a 6pk to complete my year's purchase of slam.

 

This isn't accurate, my buddy who works close to bells just grabbed 2 sixers for me yyesterday. Just FYI to anyone who's interested in picking some up from their general store. Cheers!

Ya I went to the store on Monday and they had gotten another pallet of the stuff in. Sunday was when I had read that they had run out. Guy at the store said they sold in the first day this year what they sold in the first week last year, pretty crazy.

Grabbed a case yesterday and drank it on tap all night... and someone else paid the bar tab. Awesome day!

 

Was at the General Store earlier and they sold a pallet by 3. The Hopslam sniffers were all gone too.

 

Where is the closest place for a FIB to get Hopslam coming from Chicago?
