    So, I'm going to self-constrain my list to be breweries that I can get their full lineup with relative ease, because it's just too difficult otherwise. No particular order:

    Boulevard
    Founders
    Deschutes
    Green Flash
    Odell

    Honorable mention to the breweries from which I've tried a LOT of their offerings, but can't access their beers easily/often enough to justify putting them on the list (as well as the fact that The Bruery and Russian River, at least, have a TON of beers to try):

    Anchorage
    The Bruery
    Russian River
    Cantillon

    5 is too hard so i give honorable mention to bells, avery, alesmith, Lagunitas, ballast point, bear republic. I'm sure there are some i can't think of right now.

    Limited to the breweries from whom I've had a fair share of product of course...

    Founders - with their large and well-respected product line and limited release items, an easy pick
    Great Divide - like Founders, great quality across their product line
    Firestone Walker - not as diverse as Founders or Great Divide, but their product line is of the highest class
    Stone - these guys do a lot of things really well and like to mix it up, and their prices are the fairest of them all
    Crooked Stave/Anchorage (tie) - when it comes to brett beers, these two can't be beat, even though very pricey

    Out of the running for me are some big names like FFF, RR, Bell's, and Hill Farmstead simply because I don't have real access to their products.
