You can watch it from your computer, xbox, phone, anywhere that gets internet.

I'm getting it simply for the PPVs. I usually get 3 to 4 a year, so I'll end up saving money.

If you were planning to get Wrestlemania, then its a no brainer to try it for six months. For the same price you'd pay for Mania, you would get 5 other PPVs (including Summerslam) plus access to all the libraries. If you sign up on March 22, you'd actually get 7 PPVs in the six month time frame.

WWE only makes 40% of their PPV sales, meaning they only get around $20 from each $50 ppv buy. While Wrestlemania clears 1 million buys, lesser PPVs get under 200,000, resulting in only about $4,000,000 going to the WWE. They would get 100% of the network sales.

They are tageting the 1 million fans that currently buy two ppvs a year. So they'd get $120 million right there. I was reading that they believe they can get anywhere from 2 to 4 million fans to sign up.

Don't hate on Hogan! He made wrestling! You must of not said your prayers and eat your vitamins as a kid. ... seriously I agree with ya Hogan coming back in a match is taking away from the young guys. If he came back in special guest ref or lesser role think that would be cool.

I never came close to doing all that. (Which is probably why I only grew up to be 5'2".) :grinning:

And it's not necessarily hate for Hogan the character as much as Hogan the person (or Bollea the person, but I don't know if Hulk even knows who Terry Bollea is any more). It just kills me that you have such awesome young studs and you're bringing back Batista and probably inserting him into the ME picture while someone like Daniel Bryan has to join the Wyatts. (I've read rumors that it was done not to sink Daniel Bryan but to raise Bray Wyatt to the ME level as well. If so, not only would that be a sign of faith in him also, but one helluva compliment to Bryan, that he can raise other talents to ME level through association. But, I've seen enough WWE (and Vince decisions) over the years to believe ANYTHING before it's actually happened/run its course.)

Guys like Ambrose who are very good in the ring and GREAT on the stick. Dolph Ziggler, who despite the incredible reaction at his cash in on the post-WM Raw, has had tons of bad luck and horrible decisions heaped upon him. Seth Rollins, who could use a little more mic time. Big E Langston who has an incredible personality, based on Twitter stuff, and has only very recently received a huge push. So many stars in the making and they're bringing back more big names from the past. Like these younger guys didn't have enough to overcome with just Vince and SuperCena.

OK, I guess I'm one of THOSE butthurt smarks or whatever those folks like to say, but for the first time in a while, it feels like WWE has some incredible talents for the future, but they're not willing to roll the dice on developing enough of them so they can be relied upon entirely. They hedge their bets with Cena/Orton 4,518. Or the rumored Orton/Batista program. Rock/Cena for the past 2 years. Etc, etc, etc. The more things change...

(And believe me, my dumb ass will be GLAD to eat crow if the WWE proves me wrong, especially if they do it consistently enough to actually have it be a pattern, let alone just becomes the way they do things around there.)

Yeah there should be lots of ways to hook up the Network to an actual TV to watch. I believe I saw that it will work with Apple TV as well, which would be great for me. I am pumped for the Network, much more affordable then I originally thought. And the fact that it includes all PPV's are included is fantastic. I think they are hoping to get a ton of subscriptions with Wrestlemania as the first PPV on the network. If you have the tech to use the network then I don't see a reason not to get it if you are planning to get Mania anyway.

When are the numbers going to be drawn?

IMO, towards the end of this week probably wouldn't be a bad idea. I think they usually give a few wrestlers numbers a head of time (see Ziggler last year) so it would be nice to have a number before anything is announced. Plus between the next two Raws and Smackdown, most of the 30 wrestlers in the match will also be announced.

Yeah right now they have two participants announced, with two RAW's left before the rumble, ha ha. I think they need to get on that tonight.

Not sure how drammatic you want to make the release... but you could release a few names and numbers each night leading up to the event.

I wish I could, unfortunately the random number generator emails a copy to everyone. I'll put everyone in today, after RAW. That way if there's any surprise "This year, we're putting 100 people in the Rumble!" type announcements we can adjust.

    Btw .... Hogan's the best!

Well, looks like, if there is such a thing in the RR, Dicers is in the cat bird's seat.

I'm thinking, if I'm lucky, I may get a surprise entrant, but then again, I won last year with an odd number, so I guess we'll wait just under 13 full days and find out.

Thanks for setting things up mcb4538!

been since 01 last time #27 gave a winner cmon now!... Although it does immediately eliminate for longest lasting entrant and most eliminations

Yeah, but it's most all-time, so it's not a horrible number to have. (And I thought the same thing when I saw my number. I'm out for LLE and ME.) And Lasering isn't too bad off either.

I'm one of the many folks who hold a number that has never produced a winner. Though, I was last year too, so I guess I won't complain until I see who I draw.

This may be really stupid, but I get the guy who comes out 18th?

This has been exciting getting back into catching up with all of this WWE stuff! Thanks for including me!

Hmmm not sure how to feel about 11, could go either way. Worse case scenario is hearing the music "We're a three man band!". At that point the only hope would be fastest out.
