I would think it would be somewhere around 12.99, but 9.99 does sound better

at 8.5% that, 9.99, wouldn't happen... however, if we knocked it down to say 6.5% and kept the hopping mostly the same then...

If you could include galaxy and amarillo like the awesome batch back in late oct/early nov, I'd gladly pay a fair price all year long

9.99 for a 8.5% 16oz four pack, can a giant brewery even pull that off and not lose money? Cut your brothers some slack, and check the prices of grains & hops. A close comparison would be the double daisy or galaxy daisy which were about 20 bucks a four pack.

And it costs more to have a building to use in the Chicago market then it does Vermont.

The point is to not do huge format bottles except for rare occasions.

Not to get off track, but finally picked up a second bottle of TNA, meaning I can now drink one (I have a hard time drinking my last bottle of everything hence why I have 170 bottles of beer in my house). Review to come soon.

By the way @quinnsi uploaded the videos of the Q&A session with the pipeworks guys and it was pretty awesome. Gives you such and inside look at the journey the guys have gone through going all the way from meeting at west lakeview to where they are today. I couldn't believe how fast the 1.5-2 hours went by when I watched all 4 installments today, definitely worth a look for all us Pipework's fanatics.

If you guys start canning the IPAs in 4 packs, I will buy them like there's no tomorrow. I freaking love them, but can't bring myself to spend $10 on an IPA/IIPA bomber for monetary reasons.

Economies of scale too. The Alchemist cranks out multiple batches of the same beer every week.
