Just had a TNA, if you can't taste any coconut you must not have any taste buds. This is unbelievably awesome.

I think the best feature of that beer is its warming ability. As it warms you can pinpoint all the different aspects & spices/flavorings. An evolving beer thats pretty farkin delicious.

holy shit. I love you guys. It's been a crazy day/night/year/half decade and this is really quite amazing... i'm tearing up because this has been such a long journey and not in a great spot right now and checking the BA forum... well instead of some funny bullshit, there's some great love and encouragement and man that timing couldn't have been better. this hasn't been easy... thank you guys. truly thank you... we need this thread.

PWs update Japan: I've imported a PW Citra and they love it here too...ok just my father in law and bro in law so far, but they both raved and said they've never sampled its equal. And this was after a few highly regarded Japanese brews (Shiga Kogen IPA and Hitachino Next XH, Yebisu and Chimay earlier today). Just wait until they try the Coffee Break Abduction I've brought here as well....

January 10, 2014 Update (Apologies for the lateness on this one - cheers!)

    Elijah's Revival
What we have here is a beautiful Wheat Wine Style Ale of robustious resolve brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Niche Restaurant in Geneva, IL. We loaded the malt bill up with three different kinds of wheat and naked oats, then hopped this ballyhoo of a bomber with Mandarina Bavaria hops straight out of Germany. After primary fermentation was through we aged this wonder on cinnamon, clove and orange. We also may have sent some of this delecable nectar to the barrel dungeon, not to be seen again (until next FOBAB). Delicious now or whenever the next time the revival rolls into town. $9.99, 22oz, 10% ABV

Elijah's Revival was delivered to Binny's Lincoln Park and West Lakeview today. Please call ahead before making any trips to ensure the beer is in the system and ready for sale.

    On The Brewing Horizon

S'more Money S'more Problems - Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Friends With Benefits member Keith Lonergan with graham crackers, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, marshmallow and cinnamon
Hey, Careful Man, There's a Beverage Here - White Russian Imperial Stout brewed with lactose sugar, cacao nibs and vanilla bean with ipsento espresso added
Pipeworks Deutsch Hopfen - Imperial IPA brewed with Hop Head Farms hand selected German hops
Ninja Vs Unicorn - Double IPA
Pipeworks Simcoe - Imperial IPA featuring Simcoe Hops
Blood of the Unicorn - Imperial Red Ale

Just wanted to pile on the love for Pipeworks. The Abduction beers have been so on point and fantastic.

My mission now is to find the Careful Man once the new batch hits the shelves. I was late to the party on the last batch, but this one I'm going to be all over. Oh man...

Sooooooooooooo stoked both Careful Man and Blood of the Unicorn are coming up. Missed both of these first time around and Blood is the one Unicorn beer I haven't had and I treat them shits like Pokemon.

Plan on cracking open a TNA sometime tonight, maybe even a CTA for good measure. Keep doing what you're doing Pipeworks and I don't give a damn if you ever put beers in 12 oz cans/bottles.

1st condolences to Lansman. Hope you're hangin in there. Thanks for doing these updates and re-starting this thread each time it gets closed

2nd I was at The Beer Temple event w/Pipeworks. I had totally forgotten how cool it was that @quinnsi went out of his way to find all that Blue Lady and how genuine BJ and Garret's reactions were. I went to quite a few events last year and enjoyed that experience the most. It was interesting how the guys starting talking with each other, finishing their sentences, almost knowing what was going to be said without any cues. The way of introducing the inspirations of beers and seeing the respect the guys had for this inspiration was insightful.

3rd that batch of NvU at the event was phenomenal! Can't wait to buy the next release coming up. Hope you guys keep doing what you do cause it's all good!

I'm pretty pumped for a new batch of Simcoe. That last batch from August or whenever was a thing a beauty.
