    Toppling Goliath unveiled a Vanilla Bean Assassin today at a CasaNova Liquors tasting event in Hudson,WI (Dark Beer Fest). Some lucky people will get to try this beer today, hoping they report back!! Curious to hear reviews....

    And, since the picture they tweeted is showing a bottle of said beer, can we expect this to be released in the near future?

    No bottles were being sold today, fyi. Only for the Dark Beer Fest tastings.


    No word on if/when this will be released.....yet.

    To me, it looks like the "Vanilla Bean" is written by hand. I could be wrong, but my guess would be this is just going to be something for tastings. Who knows, maybe this year they do variations at Assassin Day.

    They did say they were going to have a special TG stout tasting yesterday (or sometime). Yah that would be nice to have a few bottles of that.

    It seems likely. Obviously they are gonna release it sometime. But no need to worry about it. I am going to camp out for the next few months and then I might trade you one of the batch.

    KBBS was limit 1 12oz bottle last year. I'm guessing BA Assassin will probably be the same.

    Does anyone know which vintage PVW barrel are being used?
