    A new beer category! Next to Session Imperial Russian Stout! I agree with you. The pilsner body makes this drink refreshing and not a heavy hop bomb like some other IIPAs. I like Victory for doing that.

    won't be on BA tonight, having dinner with some old friends down at their place, and we typically crush many bottles of wine (I'll save that list for wineadvocate.com, lol), BUT my buddy is a big bourbon fan, his wife digs unique beers, and we all enjoy stogies, so I'm bringing some cool brews with in the hopes that they'll appreciate just how unique beer can be

    My first time with Steel Toe because of an awesome, generous guy named Aaron! This is Size 7; pretty classic, bitter and dry IPA with obvious West Coast influences.

    2" thick ny strips marinated in a Bigfoot, Worcester, chipotle Tabasco, Goya mojo grillo, some Ching sun Jung marinade I got at the Asian mRket, and a 15 seasoning all spice I ground up and blended myself for football tomorrow... Cheers and Prost!!!
