This style is really taken over me.

Any suggestions on some of the better ones you have had?

Drie Fonteinen Oude Gueuze/Golden Blend, for a great 'every day' gueuze, try the Tilquin.. available in 375ml/750ml.. great to get a feel for it with the smaller bottle. Cheers and enjoy!

You can't go wrong with anything by Cantillon, Tilquin, or Girardin. But Drie Fonteinen Oude Gueuze really stands out for me

3 Fontenen Oude Geuze is probably the best choice of the more readily available IMO. Also 3F's Golden Blend, as well as Tilquin and De Cam is very nice. Cantillon is the best choice for fruit lambics.

First choice would be the 3F Golden Blend, but I must say the 2013 Rueuze from The Bruery is quite good.

Both Cantillon and Drie Fonteinen are fantastic. Tilquin is very under the radar in my opinion. I love it and it is often overlooked.

If you are into the Gueuze try a Boon Marriage Parfait. It is out of this world

In your experience, and out of curiosity, what does zomer trade for and how hard is it to attain a bottle?

Never had 3F but cantillion is my favorite "special" gueuze. But for everyday it's hard to beat tilquin. But definitely don't look over rueuze. I was extremely surprised by it.

3F Zomer was around 25 euros when sold at the brewery 2 yrs ago, and was available for some time online too. You can search for trades, it seems to go for less than lente.

You might see "Zomergueuze" mentioned while searching, that one is a ghost whale from Uli, not something you'll easily find. And it's crazy good too!

I've never had one I didn't think was at least "good."

That said you can't go wrong with Lindeman's Cuvee Renee. It is delicious, modestly priced, and readily available. What else could you ask for in a beer?
