I dont agree... While they do make some nice beers, for consistency and my interests, and price! Id much rather have barrel aged offerings from Upright, Block 15, De Garde, The Commons, Logsdons...

CO is super tough. Avery makes some amazing BA sours and stouts, Crooked Stave...., and though I'm not a huge New Belgium guy their sour program is solid and massive.

I'm interested in what people will have to say about Georgia. The big guys (sweetwater terrapin) virtually have no barrel program. But many of the small up and coming breweries are a bit more adventurous in that aspect. As well as the brewpubs.

To piggy back off buffs9, paradox does all barrel aged brews. I feel avery is the most solid though.

I think it would be Lift Bridge for Minnesota because of their Commander and BA Silhouette .

Yeah De Garde is an extremely close 2nd for me and the rest you mentioned are fantastic as well but beers like Adam from the Wood, Matt and Maple Fred are just unparalleled in my opinion. It's tough to pick just one. #oregonproblems

While we are at it, why don't we speculate on who has the best barrel program of ALL 50 states. Firestone Walker takes the crown hands down. Just visit Barrelworks and all doubts will be put to rest.

Yeah I would consider Avery one of the best barrel programs in the states. While they do not often release barrel aged beers, they have a large program and have done some great sours and Huge stouts, ect. Uncle Jacobs, Rumpkin, ect.

Yeah, if you go to some of the releases they have more BA non sours that are really good. I wish they'd do a BA old ale or Barleywine though.

TG is one of the best breweries in the country. Really hard to get your hands on anything barrel-aged from them, though!

for VA I want to say 3 Brothers if only due to Resolute, but recognize that most would say Alewerks or Hardywood
