    The beer that got me into sours. It's funny how tart I thought it was 5 or so years ago, and how mild I find it now. My first World Wide Stout on deck.

    Had a couple drafts at the Malted Barley with lunch: Pig's Ear Brown Ale on cask (it was OK), and Weyerbacher Double Simcoe DIPA (very good, and surprisingly balanced and smooth). Duty always wipes me out the next day, so after lunch it was time for a nap.

    Finally, finally got my one and only bottle of the latest Enjoy By. It's been a while since I've had this series.

    Very, very good. It's not blowing my mind (or palate) away like it used to, but it's still an excellent beer. No longer my favorite DIPA - not even close - but I think those who pan it entirely or call it nothing but a product of hype are being unfair.
