    I had no milk so I substituted FBS for the milk in the pancakes. That was a good choice.

    I went to my local store Friday night to get Hopslam on tap... walked out with this. As soon as I tasted it I thought, and my respective notes confirmed: this is better.

    Did not drink a drop of beer yesterday, So im making up for it today :slight_smile:

    My first sour and man is delicious! Definitively a sipping beer and was also surprise by the 7.8 % abv. There is a reason Belgium is the kingpin of craft beer.

    Round 2 and im drinking this bad boy from the can and WOAH! 11.3% abv smacking my mouth around, but is also so juicy and very well balance. Its feels more like a TIPA than a DIPA.... Outstanding stuff!
