Apple Brandy White whale beer^^^^ I can not get... Trading some really rare beers to get it and can not get anyone to give it up!!!!

 

Blåbær took a while & wasn’t really worth the effort. Way easier Cantillon’s to obtain beat it by far in quality / price / effort etc. Still very happy to have finally tried that one.

Tried many times to get Framboos, got close twice but refused due to cost & effort. I assume now that I will never get to try it which is fine by me.

 

I have a regular Mexican Cake, now its getting the Apple Brandy and Red Wine that are hard!

 

St. Bernardus Witbier, couldn't find it for 2 years. Visited a shop over 120 miles from my house one day and found it. I'd like Allagash White as well but they don't distribute to Florida...

Now if only I could find some of the white oak barrel Jai Alai...

 

Ive been to VT twice and haven't seen a bottle yet. I've hit Chinookered, and Hopzilla. We're going up in the spring so we'll see. It's never been on tap either on either trip.

 

Back Acre blendery Sour Golden Ale, I'm still waiting to try it...

 

We got bottles of it 2 weeks ago and just before Christmas. The Beverage Warehouse in Winooski gets different Lawson's (with a 1 bottle/person limit) around 1pm each Friday and will sell out by 4pm. The Warren General Store is the only other place I've readily found Lawson's bottles. I'm still really waiting to get my hands on a bottle of Fayston...

 

I'm not sure what part of Indy your in but over the last two days three different liquor stores had 4 to 5 cases each. I live on the NE side.

 

I went to Warren, generous limits 6 I think, have to check out Winsooki, never been there, but it they're getting different products it would be worthwhile. I didn't sweat it to much I just spent more money at HF and Ephraim.

 

All the beers I can't get in my area are equally hard to find, so it's a long list.

Doesn't matter a bit though. Life is way too short to waste on chasing a beverage. Focus on what you can get. Support your locals as much as possible. Get to know them, give them feedback. Brew your own! Enjoy the beer you have.

 

Anything that's brewpub only and far away! For me, probably Pliny the Younger!

 

Fayston Maple Stout is amazing had it once. Been chasing it ever since...

Double Sunshine! Was in Vermont last August. Blackback told me they get a small keg of it virtually every Friday. Of course, the one time I'm out there, they don't. Someone trade me one!
