    Maybe a little humble brag here, but who cares. Been cellaring this baby for weeks and its times to indulge. I hope I am using the correct glassware. I really want the aroma to give a big, first impression.

    Don't forget the ice cubes and the salt on the rim of the glass. That really pulls out the flavors and aromas.

    After having Sucks and Palate Wrecker the past couple days (mind blowing beers, almost literally), I've got a little bit of this going on.

    Drinking my first sucks of this year. Batch 363, it smells fine but the hop profile has been muted in taste.. This beer has seen about 32 better days than today. I walked right into this one though, no worries the rest of his sucky buddies will be demolished during the festive weekend.
