Michigan Winterfest!

I picture my Bourbon Carrot Cake with giant eagle's wins, singing lead vocals for Lynyrd Skynyrd. And I'm in the front row, hammered drunk!

 

Like I said, I probably won't be leaving the Short's/Dark Horse area. Here's hoping they're close by each other again.

 

I knew about the bourbon carrot cake for a while, but it wasn't my place to announce it. I'm excited for the line up I haven't had most of them. We've got a barrel of bourbon magician coming next week I think. Can't wait

 

Boubon Ben's Asthma is going to knock a few attendees out. I heard it's a real booze cruise.

 

Maybe you'll want them to be far apart so that you can work off some of the alcohol.

Random thoughts on some of the beers that pique my interest (because I know you all care so much):

If they just had the description minus the actual name, I'd be intrigued, but I don't need to be thinking about Lime-a-ritas when drinking my beer.

I actually have yet to have anything from GRBC, but these three are on my radar.

Huge list from these guys. I'd love to try all of these, but they're lower priority on my list.

@mjshearer1 - I think you need to move Witches Hat up in your list. Extremely underrated and the Night Fury variants are the bees knees.

 

Agree with this! The Night Fury variants were great last year. On second thought, keep them lower on your priority so there is less of a line for me!

 

trying to figure out what to rush to at noon to get out of the way before everyone is let in.. so far ive got carrot cake, blueberry eisbock and probably the night fury coffee and cookies n cream.

other then that im going for a lot of saisons or anything sour.. went heavy on stouts during summer fest and it really kicked my ass for the following 24 hours.

how could i forget the noon tapping of BA neapolitan milk stout!! feel like that and the carrot cake could be just fantastic beers.
