After doing some overtime at work I am really enjoying this citrusy, fulll-bodied wheat IPA. Definitely something I could enjoy a 6-pack of.

    Poor beat up label.

    Going with a classic:

An unexpected day off because of an ill child. At least I won't have to venture out when it is -15. May as well make the most of my day off.

Picked up a four pack of Hi-Res, and decided to break into it while making my yeast starter for my Wednesday brew day. Good brew!

I had some stuff I really should've gotten done over the weekend, but I kept putting it if until Sunday afternoon and didn't come close to completing it. So I took today off to git-r-done. I enjoyed this breakfast so much last Friday I decided to start today with it. New pic with the beer in the foreground this time.

And I'm enjoying a Unibroue Terrible. Does Unibroue brew a bad beer? Hell, no!

I've heard they like to drink in Wiscy which is also evident by their naming conventions. Ya know, honkers? the one with the duck on it?
