The best I've had is the 21st Amendment Marooned on Hog Island. Hands down.

The Oyster Bay Brewing Company makes a proper oyster stout, but that's real local and you have almost no chance to get that in Texas.

Porterhouse Oyster Stout, if you can find it.

I haven't had many so I make no claims of best, but Upright's oyster stout is very good. I know New Belgium just released one that used ingredients from Taylor Shellfish Farms in the Puget Sound. Not sure of its available nationally. I've seen it at stores but haven't tried it. Taylor Shellfish is awesome though.

Is it bottled? I should have specified that in my question, I'm looking for bottled oyster stouts.

The 21st Amendment is canned. The Oyster Bay is neither bottled or canned.

I have not had many of this style. I'd say Flying Dog Pearl Necklace is the best that I've had.

Porterhouse from the UK (I believe) and the New Belgium/Elysian Trip Series (delicious).

Yeah, neither have I which is why I'm looking for recommendations. I had Flying Fish Exit 1 which is one of the best I can remember and Wyncoops Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout was pretty tasty, balls and all.

I had a pretty good one recently from Evolution called Incubator 4. I think it's tap only right now though.

Another one I like is Yards Love Stout. I'm not sure if it's technically an Oyster Stout or not, but I've heard it referred to as one and Yards recommends pairing it with Oysters. Tastes more like an Irish Dry Stout to me.

Old Dominion has one called Rosie Parks Oyster Stout, which is decent, but not my favorite.

Porterhouse is actually from Dublin, Ireland. But I agree with you that it is a great Oyster Stout

Flying Fish Exit One and 21st Amendment are both wonderful and fairly easy to find when in season. Exit 1 was just released in 6-packs at a decent price point.

I don't really care for flying dog beers, but their pearl neckalce is solid.
