Either of the Hell or High Water beers from The Alchemist.

 

I came in to this topic to recommend Hel & Verdoemenis as well...that being said it's like $9/12oz bottle, not sure how big your tasting will be.

 

Hell side has to have both Crime and Punishment by Stone. Both are hot pepper beers. A sip of Crime is almost tolerable but quite hot. Punishment OTOH, look out. The heat just keeps on building. Save these two beers for last.

 

The most obvious one would be De Molen Heaven & Hell.

Actually, I thought you were going to be doing a Heaven & Hell tasting. Would be pretty boring with only one variant and two vintages. This idea sounds much better.

 

What about Surly Hell?

I don't know how far the distribution for Helltown Brewing goes, but check out their lineup. The ones that I've tasted are above average.

Had them both at this past weekends 72 hours of Belgium, both were excellent.

 

Avery has three beers in the salvation line. The rev, hog hevan, and salvation. Then they have the three demons of ale, mephistopheles, the beast, and samael's.
