What is up with all of the three floyds labels recently? They are usually crooked or falling off. Whats in it is still great though

Grabbed a sixtel of dirtwolf last night. Pouring nicely today.

 

Fruition, a collaboration beer between a few local Cincy breweries. It's an Imperial Saison brewed with blackberries and raspberries.

Finally popped this open. Bitter for a dark, I see the black IPA comparison. Tasty, right up my alley.

Beer Break! I've been chasing my daughter around the yard for the last hour or so, now it's daddy's time to relax with a cool delicious.

 

Well, we have company coming for dinner. Hodge-podge of food buffet style. The cooler is stocked with Jacks Abby Framinghammer, Lashes, Smoke and Dagger, and some random JA brews. Stuck some Heavy Seas Red Sky at Night in the mix, and tall boys of Gray Sail Leaning Chimney. Dunno what exactly we are cooking, drinking will be random, should be a good time.

I did make it to Jacks Abby on Thursday. Nice....mostly empty tasting room. I am head over heels with Berliner Braun and the missus developed some girl love for the vanilla Framinghammer variant. The Braun is my first taste of anything sour and I fear I am hooked....my wallet and debit card have been confiscated for my own protection. I don't go all deep end on things very often, but the sourness (Lacto not Brett) was outstanding and it was one of those Eureka moments. By what they said, there is some of this batch aging on cherries in bourbon barrels. Also tried smoked Marzen which was absolutely great, creamy and smooth, big bro to Fire in the Ham. Hopstitution was good but I would go for Hop Union or Mass Rising, personally. I have a six pack of the new pilsner....you know, in the interest of science. Good haul, great visit, and yes I am mixing threads, time streams, and thoughts all over the place...I'll get over it
