    Happy Friday, round 2!

Recycled my own picture here, but decided to go with a classic.

    Easy drinking, delicious beer.

    Still feeling like some bluegrass:

    Cheers BA's!

From last night....was just too amazing that I couldn't pass up on sharing on this thread. Best BCBS variant I've had, think of a boozy Almond Joy. Happy Friday All!

Something just seems wrong when somebody on the west coast starts this thread. It's like us east coasters are falling down on the job.

I somewhat agree, though I have an unusual work/sleep schedule, so it's not all on you guys haha.

Good morning/noon/lunch BAs! Getting involved early, as I'm off for the weekend now, and working on my HF Everett porter growler to go with my lunch.

Also got around to giving it a full review this time, and it clocked in about exactly where I thought it would. This is a superb beer, immediately cracking my personal top 15 (along with Society and Solitude #6, my other HF growler from this past weekend).

While with most porters and stouts, I'm looking for a thick, "chewy" mouthfeel, I feel this beer is better described as "creamy." It's a luscious, decadent creaminess that comes through in both flavor and body; I can't imagine a better feel to this style. In the meantime, it packs in a ton of lovely flavor (without having to resort to BA or dominating chocolate notes), and clocks in at 7.5% (damn near sessionable for us DIPA/RIS lovers).

A very impressive brew; glad I have probably 3 more pours left in the growler.

    Cheers!

You'd think if we were falling down on the job, it would be because we're posting here.

I first had Monster Ale on tap, pre-aged (at least a couple years, although I want to say it was an '09). I was very impressed; extremely smooth, packed full of flavor.

I have no idea what the hell a 'London Style Porter' is, but this one rocks and drinks like a stout.

    Happy Friday to all!
