    Well I planned ahead and got off work earlier than usual tonight for my birthday!!

    Decided to start celebrating with one of my all time favorite beers, 2010 Matt, paired with a slice of chocolate rum mousse.

    Great pairing. Boozy, rich, leathery, dark fruit, apple brandy notes and sweet mousse.

    Look forward to more celebratory beer/food photos throughout the day. :wink:

    Just getting home from work! It was a long Friday night!! But it ended well...the boss
    and I were trying to decide which beer to select to put on draft at work next week it's a
    local brewery which does some pretty good brews!! We both were leaning towards
    the simcoe!!!!
