SA Homefront IPA

They showed pictured of it being bottled and packaged on their facebook, so pretty soon it would seem.

 

i believe i read memorial day weekend on one of SA's facebook postings or tweets a while back.

 

Looks like the linked article says May 24th.

I picked up a bottle of this today at the Kroger on Spring Cypress and 290

Do you mean 290 or 2920, I am hoping it is a typo as I live close to the one on 2920.

 

Should hit Dallas Thursday and Tarrant county Friday.

 

Looks like my beer is set for the weekend.

 

Just picked up 3 bottles at the Whip-in here in Austin.

 

Some ATX retailers received their shipment early and are going rogue. In addition to Whip-in, I am seeing tweets that Specs in ATX has it stocked.

 

Silver Eagle (San Antonio) will be receiving it tomorrow. Retailers here should have it no later than Friday. Gabriel's ordered 10 cases.

 

Specs Arbor Walk has it on the shelves.

 

Anyone had one yet?.... How is it? Gonna buy some regardless but a great beer is easier to sell.

Did they age it with baseball bats or am I misunderstanding when they say, "The bats sat in the bright beer tank for several days along with the fresh orange zest immediately prior to the beer being bottled."

The description on the label says it was aged on Louisville slugger bats. So you're seeing it right..
