Big Texas Beer Fest Brewery List

I am sure it has to do with distributors, but I wish they would not throw in all the Corona, Dos Equis, Indio, etc. Just seems like wasted space to me.

 

Shock Top's gonna be there! I'm in!

While I agree the macro brewers are funny to see there, it was fun to eat the smore's mug that shock top served their bad s'more beer in.

 

BTBF is a platform for brewers and consumers at all parts of their beer journey. Some of them stop along the way at Corona, Dos Equis and Indio, and some don't, but it's not up to me to decide that. Consumer choice is a fun thing to experiment with. We always love seeing how people interact with the various brewers, and who gets the most attention.

 

Who is missing?

 

I am guessing he is saying Jester King.

 

After the Atrial mixup(label approval delay) at the last event(not BTBF), and Jester King not being on the list for this event, I wonder if there is any more to it. JK has so many beers that would really make the VIP stand out.

Im VIP, for the 3rd event now, mostly based on the first BTBF. This event will probably decide my future VIP purchases(not that they are having a hard time selling them), since we don't know the list until the tickets sell out. Will still attend, just as GA

 

Jester King is on the list.

 

Ahh, was not when this was posted. It stood out to me. It is there now.

Brewery lists are hard to compile when you have 100 participants. We just wrapped up our list with them today, and I'm confident everyone will be pleased.

Does No-Li already have label approval? I knew they were coming to town but did not see any label approvals for them yet.

Also, I guess I saw the first revision of it as well. I am happy JK is there solely to get more of the crowds to them while I focus on other breweries.

 

I just emailed the distro to try and get some clarification on this. I'll let you know what I find out!

 

I also don't see Russian River, Cantillon, Bell's, Hill Farmstead, Cigar City, and Alchemist.
